Passed away unexpectedly
on April 2nd 2018, aged 73 years.
Jacky will be sadly missed
by her loving husband Brian
and by all her family and friends.
Reception into Erdington Abbey
on Tuesday 1st May 2018 at 4.30pm.
Requiem Mass to take place
on Wednesday 2nd May at 12.00 noon
followed by the Committal
at Sutton Coldfield Crematorium at 1.30pm.
